GED Enrollment/Intake Form
If you are interested in GED classes at 91ÁÔÆæ, you must complete the GED Enrollment/Intake form. Please download, fill out, and email the completed form to Veronica DixonÌývshute@salemcc.edu. Or you may bring the completed form to the Academic Affairs/Tillis Hall Room 215.Ìý Once the form is received and processed, you will be contacted. Recent High School Dropout?
If you are a recent High School dropout, you must have your high school complete a Non-enrollment form. Please download, print out, and bring to your high school for them to fill out. The completed form must be submitted to Academic AffairsÌýat the time of GED registration. If you have additional questions, please contact Veronica Dixon.
